And . . . his documentary is almost done. The time between jobs was a real blessing in that regard - he was able to complete the shooting he needed to finish the project. So after a bunch more steps (believe me, it takes forever to finish a film!), the final step will be to submit it to a bunch of film festivals and keep our fingers crossed. There are several submission deadlines coming up in the next month or two which gives a deadline to aim for. Wish us luck.

Woo Hoo! Good Job Doug! Hey, every job counts and it isn't like you are stuffing ads in news papers at three in the morning. Does this mean you can't see us this weekend?
*fingers & toes crossed* Good Luck! :) (Eva works at Sony, too!)
If the telecine and digitizing go well I should be cutting all weekend, which would make a visit a little difficult. we'll keep you posted.
Good luck - we're rooting for ya!
Good luck with the documentary. What's it about?
The documentary is about a Episcopalian priest named Susan Russell. She works here in Pasadena at All Saints Church. She is also a lesbian and an activist. The film is about her faith, her coming to the priesthood and her coming out as a lesbian.
